PhD scholarship is awarded for a period of 12 months in accordance with the provisions of the Director ofthe Institute.

The scholarship is paid monthly to the student by bank transfer. Account can be created in person by visiting a bank branch, or by completing the application on the Internet (in this case an agreement to openan account is sent by a courier). Most banks allow customers to access and use the account via the Internet
